"What an amazing and beautiful place for a large group or extended family vacation! We rented all 4 units and there was plenty of room for us all. The units were each unique and packed with plenty of space for parents, kids, cousins, and all the family members in between. The pool serves as a perfect central hangout with chairs and a table for everyone to gather around. The location of the property is perfectly located near fishing, walking paths, and a short drive to the beach. The ice cream shop at the end of the block was the kids favorite spot to visit every night. The hosts were so attentive and easy to communicate with making this an amazing experience for such a large group of extended family. We cannot wait to be back!"

"We just spent 3 months at this Florida paradise and feel so fortunate to have rented there this past winter. The condo was exactly as depicted in the photos - very clean and updated, everything on one level from the parking lot throughout the condo. The furniture was comfortable and smartly functional. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed - and everything was new! Tom and daughter Shannon were exceptional hosts, responding quickly to any questions we had either by phone or text. The pool was not heated (we knew this before we rented), and was kind of a bummer; however, during Tom's occasional visits to his property, he apparently got the idea that we would be much happier with a heated pool :), so he had a heater installed! How's that for accommodating? Many good times were spent around the pool with the other renters (2 of the other condos were rented by friends of ours from Ohio) and our newly-acquired friends in the other condo - everyone was just there to have fun but were also very considerate of each other. This is a great place to come for a family vacation or just to have time to relax on your own. Couldn't have asked for more - oh yeah, forgot to mention...location is perfect for walking to restaurants and night life in DT Cape Coral - and there's a thrift shop at the end of the street that had a lot of cool clothes and anything else you might have forgotten to bring from home. The beach is 2 miles away and an easy walk. I give this property and the owners an A+++."

"The place was as pictured and described. Comepletly renovated and tastefully decorated. It is the perfect place to stay with other families or friends, you can share the common pool area, but retreat to your own place as needed. We were there on our own, with the other 3 units occuppied by 2 couples from Ohio (who knew each other) and a couple from Michigan. We all got alaong very well and spent many afternoons gathered around the pool as a group.The pool was not used in January, as it was not heated. The owner, Tom, was on site for a visit during our stay and decided to add a heater to the pool. Tom, was very responsive to any concerns, though we had very few. Great place."

"our stay here was wonderful. Everything was very clean. They thought of everything as far as equipping the unit. It had everything you needed to cook plenty of dishes, glasses pans everything was top-notch nice fluffy towels, and plenty of them. It was a quick with the washer and dryer, we absolutely love sitting out by the pool, we had our own lounge chairs and screamed in Le. It was perfect for mimosas and coffee in the morning. They were very easy to work with and answered any questions we had we loved it so much. We already booked another month next year and would have booked two if it was available , I can see us coming every year. It was very close to many great restaurants the perfect size I would highly recommend it !! such a plus having owners that are so easy to work with."
